If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit your request using your Tebex order details. Refunds are issued by Lith Studios (the seller of record) and, where approved, are processed through Tebex.
14-day refund policy
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, we offer a 14-day refund policy starting from the date of purchase (“Refund Window”). Requests submitted after the Refund Window may be denied.
Discretion and eligibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lith Studios reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request in its sole discretion. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via Tebex using the original payment method where possible.
Without limiting the above, a refund may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback threats, repeated refund requests, excessive support burden, violation of our terms, or where fulfilment has been completed and/or the product has been accessed, downloaded, installed, used, or substantially consumed.
No waiver; legal rights
Nothing on this page limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law. If any portion of this policy is unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in effect.
