This Refund & Purchase Policy applies to all digital virtual items sold by Lith Studios (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our official storefront. By completing a purchase, you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to the terms outlined below in full. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect against abuse, and maintain fairness for all parties.
Nature of Products
All items sold by Lith Studios are digital virtual items, delivered electronically via the Cfx/Tebex platform. These items are non-physical, hold no intrinsic real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, cryptocurrency, or any form of real-world currency or goods. Ownership of these items does not transfer any intellectual property rights; rather, you are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for personal use only, subject to the rules outlined herein.
Platform Dependence
The continued use of your purchased items is dependent on the availability and functionality of third-party services, including but not limited to the Cfx and Tebex platforms. Lith Studios is not liable for outages, downtime, service interruptions, or permanent discontinuation caused by these third parties. No refunds will be issued in cases where platform changes, restrictions, or closures affect the usability of the products.
Standard Refund Window
You may request a “no questions asked” refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, excluding gift cards and subscriptions (see Subscriptions and Recurring Billing). This refund policy is designed to provide peace of mind for new buyers while preventing misuse by repeat offenders.
Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. This applies to the initial subscription payment and to every subsequent renewal payment. The 14-day standard refund window described in Standard Refund Window does not apply to subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again at the start of the next billing cycle, and your access to the subscribed product will remain active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again. Renewal charges that occur because a cancellation was not completed in time are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds Beyond the Standard Window
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Approval is solely at the discretion of Lith Studios, and our decision is final. Circumstances that may warrant consideration include documented technical incompatibilities or verified accidental purchases — however, these are rare and evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.
Bans and Rule Violations
If you are banned from the Platform for violating its rules or terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Attempting to circumvent a ban — for example, by creating alternate accounts, using false information, or purchasing under another person’s name — will result in a permanent ban from all future purchases.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We treat chargebacks and payment disputes as a serious breach of trust. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting Lith Studios to attempt resolution, you will be permanently banned from making any future purchases. Additionally, your license for all previously purchased products may be revoked at our discretion in response to such actions.
Repeat Purchase Refund Restriction
If you purchase a product, receive a refund for it, and later choose to repurchase the same product, you will not be eligible for a refund on that subsequent purchase under any circumstances. This rule exists to prevent misuse of our refund policy and to protect the value of our products.
License Revocation Upon Refund
In the event that a refund is approved and issued, your license to use the refunded product is immediately revoked. You are required to remove the product from your possession and cease any use of it. Continued use after a refund constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in legal action or a permanent ban from Lith Studios services.
Gift Purchases
For purchases made as gifts, refund eligibility applies only to the original purchaser. Refunds will not be processed directly to the gift recipient under any circumstances. The original purchaser must make the request, and any refund will be issued via the original payment method used.
Final Decision Authority
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Lith Studios and are considered final. By purchasing from Lith Studios, you acknowledge that these decisions are binding and not subject to appeal outside the scope of the policy described herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any portion of this policy, you should not proceed with your purchase.
